- Empty office dustbins daily and dispose of refuse in designated bins for collection.
- Collect paper waste from designated bins for recycling.
- Scheduled Cleaning Duties
- Check and clean bathrooms twice daily.
- Dust office furniture regularly to maintain a clean workspace.
- Vacuum carpets at least twice a week.
- Clean windows on the inside at least quarterly, following a rotational schedule.
- Equipment and Material Management
- Use cleaning materials and equipment effectively to ensure optimal usage and maintenance.
- Store all cleaning equipment and products neatly in designated cupboards on each floor.
- Support for Office Activities
- Assist in preparing the boardroom for meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act requirements for site-specific conditions, adhering to company policies, quality programs, and legislation.
