      • Receive and process site development and building plan applications
      • Calculate fees, issue receipts, open files, and verify documentation
      • Enter information into the computer system
      • Circulate files for departmental comments and notify applicants of necessary corrections
      • Inform applicants of approvals by phone
    2. Administrative and Support Functions for Inspection Bookings
      • List all inspection bookings for the building surveyor
      • Prepare and manage relevant files, and enter information into the computer system
      • Submit files to the chief building surveyor and update records post-inspection
    3. Archival Functions
      • File and retrieve building and site development plans
      • Maintain the organization and neatness of files and cabinets
      • Provide records in electronic or hard copy format as requested by the public
