The City of Johannesburg is once again opening doors for its youth through an exciting internship opportunity within the Group Citizen Relationship and Urban Management (CRUM) Department. This chance is aimed at empowering students from Johannesburg who have completed or are in the process of completing their studies in fields such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, and Communications.

- Support the smooth operation of service delivery across different city regions.
- Help manage relationships with key stakeholders.

- Provide internal communication support and maintain administrative records.
Who Should Apply
The programme is targeted at young people who:
- Live in the City of Johannesburg.
- Have never participated in an internship before (unless the previous internship wasn’t related to their field).
- Have completed a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- Hold a relevant National Diploma or Degree with at least 360 credits.
Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel, are a must. Applicants should also possess strong communication abilities, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.
