    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Educational Qualification: NQF Level 7 in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical principles.
    • Health: Medically fit for BMR/PMR (Basic Mining and Refinery/Platinum Mining and Refinery).

    Training Program Details:

    • Duration: A comprehensive 24-month internship.
    • Exposure: Gain broad knowledge of the PGM industry and hands-on experience in technical, safety, and managerial aspects within a production environment.
    • Requirements: Complete all necessary training and development courses, submit required reports, and provide technical support to meet business and operational targets.
