    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • Demonstrated strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
    • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.
    • Legal authorization to work in South Africa is a must, which includes citizenship or having a valid visa or work permit.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates and fosters a partner ecosystem, supported by managers and others, to enhance customer impact.
    • Facilitates match-making initiatives to drive opportunities, such as cloud and solutions, by connecting partners to sellers.
    • Identifies how specific business needs can be addressed through Microsoft solutions.
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including account team units, solution team units, and business groups, to establish quality partner connections.
    • Manages partner co-selling for Microsoft’s strategic solution partners to drive joint pipeline and partner consumption of Microsoft products.
    • Bridges and supports partner-to-partner engagements, aiming to scale offerings through co-sell-ready partners.
    • Develops pipelines with co-sellers and engages partners and co-sellers proactively to ensure the right co-sell prioritization and pipeline coverage to support targets.
