    What You’ll Learn in the Cellphone Repair Training Programme

    This 4-week, face-to-face Cellphone Repair Training Programme will equip you with the skills to troubleshoot and maintain different types of cellphones and mobile devices. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to operate as a certified Cellphone Repair Technician.

    The Cellphone Repair Training Programme includes:

    • A free tablet to help you get started on your tech journey.
    • Cellphone repair toolkit to kick off your repair business.
    • Business registration support to help you start your own company.
    • 3 months of mentoring and coaching to guide you through the process and ensure your success.
    • Accommodation and transport will be provided by DESTEA during the training period to ensure that you can fully focus on your learning experience.

    • Duration: 4 Weeks
    • Class Mode: Face-to-Face (in-person)
    • Time: 08h30 – 16h30 (Monday to Friday)

    Who Can Apply for the Cellphone Repair Training Programme?

    To qualify for this opportunity, you must:

    • Be a Free State citizen.
    • Be unemployed and have a valid South African ID.
    • Be aged between 18 and 35 years.
    • Have passed Grade 12 with at least 40% in Maths or 50% in Maths Literacy.
    • Be deemed competent in the pre-assessment test.
