      • Stipend: R3,500 per month

      • Primary Function: To assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clinic waiting areas, consulting rooms, and offices. This includes cleaning surfaces, sorting and changing linen, emptying dustbins, and keeping the clinic environment litter-free.
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Cleaning of all areas within the clinic to ensure a hygienic environment
        • Changing and sorting linen as required
        • Assisting with basic maintenance tasks as needed
    2. Data Capturer
      • Stipend: R3,500 per month
      • Location: Various regions (A-G) in Johannesburg
      • Primary Function: To assist with capturing data, completing client records, and updating client information. This role also involves compiling monthly statistics of clients accessing the clinic and ensuring that files are maintained and stored correctly.
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Data capturing and completion of client records
        • Filing of client cards and retrieval as required
        • Co-ordinating the ordering of necessary supplies for clinics
    3. Queue Marshal
      • Stipend: R3,500 per month
      • Location: Various regions (A-G) in Johannesburg
      • Primary Function: To assist with the smooth flow of patients in the clinic by managing queues and directing clients to the appropriate service areas. Queue Marshals are responsible for ensuring that visitors and patients are attended to efficiently and receive the necessary information.
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Welcoming patients and visitors
        • Managing queues and directing clients
        • Overseeing the helpdesk and attending to inquiries

    Eligibility and Application Requirements

    To qualify for these positions, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Minimum Qualification: Grade 10 or higher
    • Age: Open to youth (18 and above)
    • Preference: Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
    • Skills: Good numeric, writing, and verbal communication skills, along with basic electronic device usage (e.g., sending emails, using the internet)
    • Experience: Familiarity with the City’s processes, best practices, and policies on Health and Social issues will be an advantage
