    About the Program

    The Engineer in Training (EIT) program is designed to give recent graduates practical, in-depth experience across the various facets of electrical engineering, focusing on complex, real-world applications. Over three years, candidates will work on multidisciplinary EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects that bring together technical and managerial aspects, ensuring a well-rounded foundation in engineering.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Design and Specifications
      Graduates will engage in the detailed design and specification of electrical systems. This includes hands-on learning in designing systems that meet industry standards and client expectations.
    2. Construction Supervision and Commissioning
      Get involved in construction supervision to ensure project requirements are met from start to finish. Assist in the commissioning of projects, overseeing the transition from design to functional systems in various industries.
