Program Overview
The Yes4Youth Student Program will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 and is open to South African youth aged 18 to 34 who meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed their studies.
- Must not have participated in a Y4Y program previously.
- Must currently be unemployed.
Successful candidates will be stationed at one of BMW’s key locations in Gauteng, including:
- Midrand Campus, Johannesburg.
- Rosslyn Plant, Pretoria.
- Menlyn IT Hub, Pretoria.
Fields of Study and Qualifications
Participants must hold a University Degree or National Diploma in one of the following career streams:
Business and Management
- Business Administration/Management Administration
- Risk Management
- Insurance
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Marketing
- Business Management
Law and Political Science
- LLB/Law
- Political Sciences
Technology and Design
- Information Technology (IT): JAVA, Information Systems, SAP System, ABAP Certification, K1-level programming, computer programming, coding.
- Graphic Design with a focus on UX.
- Computer Science
Finance and Accounting
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Internal Auditing, or Tax Degrees
Engineering
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Supply Chain and Logistics
- Supply Chain/Logistics
Media, Communication, and Education
- Journalism
- Communications
- Public Relations
- Early Learning Centre/Diploma in Teaching
Application Process
