    Program Overview

    The Yes4Youth Student Program will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 and is open to South African youth aged 18 to 34 who meet the following criteria:

    • Must have completed their studies.
    • Must not have participated in a Y4Y program previously.
    • Must currently be unemployed.

    Successful candidates will be stationed at one of BMW’s key locations in Gauteng, including:

    • Midrand Campus, Johannesburg.
    • Rosslyn Plant, Pretoria.
    • Menlyn IT Hub, Pretoria.

    Fields of Study and Qualifications

    Participants must hold a University Degree or National Diploma in one of the following career streams:

    Business and Management

    • Business Administration/Management Administration
    • Risk Management
    • Insurance
    • Human Resources
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Marketing
    • Business Management

    Law and Political Science

    • LLB/Law
    • Political Sciences

    Technology and Design

    • Information Technology (IT): JAVA, Information Systems, SAP System, ABAP Certification, K1-level programming, computer programming, coding.
    • Graphic Design with a focus on UX.
    • Computer Science

    Finance and Accounting

    • Finance, Accounting, Economics, Internal Auditing, or Tax Degrees

    Engineering

    • BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

    Supply Chain and Logistics

    • Supply Chain/Logistics

    Media, Communication, and Education

    • Journalism
    • Communications
    • Public Relations
    • Early Learning Centre/Diploma in Teaching
