    As a Bank Better Champion, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our clients.     Minimum Requirements

    To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    • Qualifications: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational equivalent.
    • Experience: No prior experience required, but any experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment will be an added advantage.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication skills.
      • Proficiency in basic calculations.
      • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
      • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
