    Minimum Requirements

    2. Experience:
      • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or the Built Environment.
    3. Knowledge:

    4. Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP software.
    5. Driver’s License:
      • Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver’s license is required.
      • A PDP (Professional Driving Permit) will be advantageous.
    6. Flexibility and Availability:
      • Willingness to work in all weather conditions, outside normal working hours during emergencies, and planned overtime.
      • The role requires candidates to be on standby.

    Key Responsibilities

    As an Artisan in Facilities Management, you will be responsible for:

    1. Site Coordination:
      • Interpret and coordinate specific pre-work/site requirements for efficient task execution.
    2. Compliance with Safety Procedures:
      • Ensure that all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety procedures and guidelines.
    3. Maintenance Management:
      • Coordinate and oversee maintenance tasks and sequences, especially in civil maintenance activities.
    4. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
      • Handle activities related to fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently.
    5. Scheduled Maintenance:
      • Adhere to planned, scheduled, and predictive maintenance cycles and work procedures.
    6. Communication:
      • Provide effective work instructions and procedures to the team and other stakeholders.
    7. Documentation:
      • Complete and manage internal transactional documentation such as:
        • Contract administration
        • Timesheets
        • Log sheets
        • Job cards
        • Progress and productivity reports
