The Archive Administrator will work within the Infrastructure and Property team, a division of the Internal Firm Services. This role is focused on providing support in document management, ensuring proper archiving, retrieval, and safekeeping of company files.
Key Responsibilities
As an Archive Administrator at PwC, you will:
- Assist in Document Retrieval and Safekeeping
- Aid internal clients with document retrieval on-site and off-site.
- Manage the secure handling, updating, and destruction of company files.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents by controlling access to the archive department.
- Document Management and Database Updates
- Register, update, and manage document storage on the Google database.
- Maintain physical copies of documents and ensure proper filing practices.
- Add, update, and maintain audit and non-audit information in the database.
- Client Communication and Support
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via the SnoW platform.
- Ensure prompt feedback and resolution of any document-related issues.
- Provide necessary support to departments without filing clerks by collecting and delivering documents.
- Operational Efficiency
- Ensure the efficient running of the archiving department by adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist with deep storage requests, and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
- Monitor and manage document returns and dispatch to storage providers.
- Confidentiality and Compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that all registered documents are securely stored.
- Uphold firm policies regarding document handling, destruction, and distribution.
- Ensure no unauthorized personnel have access to the archive.
- Housekeeping and General Administration
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the archiving department.
- Ensure all documents are sorted and labeled correctly to prevent misfiling.
- Regularly update and destroy old storage boxes as per company policy.

Educational Requirements and Certifications
