    Call Management

    • Answering Calls: Promptly answer all incoming calls within three rings to maintain efficiency and provide excellent customer service.
    • Reporting Issues: Immediately report any telephone system issues to the relevant supplier to avoid communication disruptions.
    • Daily Report Printing: Print daily reports from the telephone management system to monitor and maintain call records.

    Mail Handling

    • Sorting Mail: Accurately sort all incoming company mail and ensure it is directed to the appropriate person or department without delay.
    • Mailbag Compilation: Compile the company mailbag for organized distribution, ensuring all outgoing mail is correctly processed.

    Visitor Management

    • Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors warmly and announce them to the correct individual, ensuring they feel valued and well-directed.
    • Message Distribution: Distribute messages to the relevant individuals within the established performance standards, ensuring timely communication.

    Document and Communication Management

    • Document Filing: Systematically file all reception documents to maintain an organized and accessible filing system.

    Service Coordination
