Minimum Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Anglo American Learnership Programme, applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) with at least 40% in:
- Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy)
- Physical Science
- English
- N2 Certificate or higher with relevant trade-specific subjects
- NCV Level 4 in a related trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%
Additionally, those aiming to complete a Trade Test must have the following:
- A valid N2 Certificate with trade-specific subjects, including:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Relevant Trade Theory
- Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawings, or Plating Structural Drawings
- NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade, with a minimum of 40% in all subjects.
