What is the Amathuba Learnership Programme?
The Amathuba Learnership Programme is a 12-month work-based training initiative that blends real-world job experience with formal classroom education. By the end of the programme, learners will achieve a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification – a critical stepping stone for a career in South Africa’s financial sector.
The programme is a hybrid opportunity, offering both in-person learning and remote work options, based in either Pinelands (Cape Town) or Johannesburg.

Requirements
To be eligible for the Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 to 30.
- Be currently unemployed and not studying at another educational institution.
- Not have participated in a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 learnership before.
- Be available to start the programme in May 2025.
Education Requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 or an NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- Minimum of 50% in English.
- Minimum of 50% in a second official language.
- Minimum of 50% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.

2. Online Assessment
