    What Will You Be Doing?

    As the Administrator: Learner Records, your daily duties will include:

    • Providing admin support for NSG examination services.
    • Managing the registration and approval of exam sites.
    • Keeping examination schedules and training management system records up to date.
    • Supporting recruitment and deployment of invigilators, assessors, and moderators.
    • Maintaining learner records and databases for assessments.
    • Preparing documents for submission to authorities.
    • Checking completeness and capturing assignments on the system.
    • Preparing certificates for printing and handling queries from learners and clients.
    • Coordinating examination venues and managing learning material stock.
    • Handling procurement, payments, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
    • Supporting compliance reporting and digital transformation efforts.
    • Ensuring excellent service standards and proper documentation management.

    What Are The Requirements?

    To qualify for this Administrator vacancy, you must have:

    • A tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 in Office Administration.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration, preferably in an Education, Training and Development (ETD) environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Understanding of information and records management.
    • Basic knowledge of finance, supply chain, and public service policies.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage meetings, schedules, and take minutes.
    • Strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Integrity, honesty, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed.
