    The Administrator: Learning Programmes will be responsible for several crucial activities:

    1. Information and Data Administration
      • Consolidating learning programme reports.
      • Auditing and validating the accuracy of collected data.
      • Sorting and organizing files for easy retrieval during audits.
    2. Learning Programmes Administration
      • Managing discretionary grant disbursements.
      • Reconciling learner data with quarterly monitoring reports (QMR).
      • Updating the Annual Commitment Register and preparing requisitions.
    3. Risk and Compliance Management
      • Adhering to fraud prevention standards and maintaining compliance with governance protocols.
      • Ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes.
      • Implementing corrective actions following audit findings.
    4. Customer Liaison and Service
      • Handling general inquiries from the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
      • Providing confirmation of registrations to service providers.
      • Offering support for stakeholder document submissions.
