    Purpose of the Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to Member Contract Queries: Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to contracts efficiently.
    • Resolve NATIS Queries: Assist in addressing and managing NATIS-related questions and concerns.
    • Archive and File Member Contract Information: Organize, store, and archive contracts securely.
    • Adhere to Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
    • Report Non-Compliance Issues: Identify and rectify any compliance-related concerns.
    • Engage in Continuous Learning: Participate in development courses, peer learning, and team training initiatives.

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
    • A valid driver’s license

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of operational administrative experience in the financial services industry.
