    Minimum Requirements

    To be eligible for this Administration Clerk Job Opportunity at Nkangala TVET College, candidates must meet the following requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • A recognized National Diploma in Public Administration/Management Assistant (NQF Level 6) or an equivalent qualification.
    • One to two years of experience in administration, preferably within an artisan or occupational programs environment.
    • Knowledge and understanding of QCTO Administration.
    • Familiarity with relevant legislation, policies, prescripts, and procedures.
    • Basic knowledge of Financial Administration.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.

    • Computer literacy.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing administrative support in artisan development.
    • Preparing submissions and registering learners with QCTO.
    • Assisting with quality assurance and submissions of reports to QCTO and SETA.
    • Routing amendments to the compiler for correction.
    • Compiling relevant reports for stakeholders.
    • Maintaining effective flow of information and documentation.
    • Providing administrative support for procurement processes, including goods, services, bookings, and claims.
    • Developing and updating learner and training files regularly.
