Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Admin Clerk role, you must meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12/NCV Level 4 in Office Administration.
- N6 Certificate in Office Admin/Management Assistant/Administration/Public Management or other relevant qualifications.
- Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the ITS system (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Attributes:

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Clerk at Ehlanzeni TVET College, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, including:
- Capturing and filing student registration forms for audit and verification purposes.
- Updating and maintaining student information on the ITS system.
- Recording ICASS/ISAT attendance and managing examination enrollment verifications.
- Handling the distribution of results, certificates, permits, and diplomas.
- Responding to student inquiries and providing statistical data (e.g., certification and retention rates).
- Managing exam materials, including receiving, distributing, and safeguarding them.
- Implementing relevant policies and procedures.
- Assisting supervisors with additional administrative tasks as needed.
