    Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

    The Acquisition Operations Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Acquisitions division of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for a mix of administrative, operational, and analytical tasks, ensuring that player engagement strategies and affiliate relationships are optimized for maximum success.

    1. Acquisition Support

    • Assist in the creation and management of offers, bonuses, and landing pages designed to enhance player engagement.
    • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on affiliate trackers to ensure accuracy in reporting.
    • Perform site audits to ensure compliance and enhance performance.
    • Manage and maintain tracker hygiene through regular audits for improved operational efficiency.

    2. Operational Support

    • Handle affiliate queries and engage with forums to foster strong industry partnerships.
    • Manage and update the My Affiliates platform, ensuring notifications and support tickets are handled efficiently.
    • Oversee and manage Jira tickets to ensure tasks are completed on time.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaign briefings and promotional material.
    • Ensure all acquisition operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
    • Assist with mass mailer campaigns to communicate promotions, offers, and updates.

    3. Adhoc Responsibilities

    • Landing Pages, Bonuses & Systems
      • Upload and maintain landing pages, analyzing performance to optimize for higher engagement.
      • Assist with bonus configurations on CMS and provide insights into top-performing bonuses.
      • Regularly update the CMS to ensure all content remains fresh and relevant.
    • Media Library Management
      • Upload and maintain the Media Kit for affiliate partners.
      • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for creative asset requests.
      • Ensure the My Affiliates Media Library remains updated and accessible.
