Requirements

  • Possession of a National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, ND. HRM, B.A (HRM), or B.Comm (HRM).
  • Age range between 18 and 35.

Interns enrolled in the Human Resources Administration Programme will have the opportunity to undertake various responsibilities pertinent to the field.   2. Ensure all fields in Part A to D of the Z83 form are diligently completed.
  3. In Part E to G, if space is limited, applicants can refer to their attached Curriculum Vitae (CV) or documents.
  4. Address queries related to conditions that may prevent re-appointment under Part F.
  5. Complete and sign the declaration section as required.
  6. Submit copies of your Qualifications, Identity Document, and Driver’s License (if applicable), along with other relevant documents. Notably, certified copies are not required at this stage.
